The Autodesk educational community offers students free access to AutoCAD software for the duration of their academic studies.

Adobe offers a 30-day trial for most of their software titles. They encourage students to enroll in a subscription to unlimited use of their software for a monthly fee. I participate in the "Creative Cloud" subscription and think it is well worth the monthly fee. Check it all out, and you be the judge!
